Mail, Phone, Copies, Fax
Having a safe place to receive mail can be a real challenge for some. Individuals can sign-up at the front desk to receive mail at SVdPP. It requires that they check their mail weekly with the understanding that any mail that is not picked up within 30-days is returned to sender. Due to the volume of participants, the Post Office does not permit mail to be forwarded from SVdPP to a new address so it is important to note that once an individual secures a new address, they will need to contact each company or person that they receive mail from to notify them of their new address.
There is a telephone next to the front desk that patrons can access to make local calls. The telephone is available during business hours from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. It is important to note that the telephone does not accept incoming calls or provide long distance service.
If you need to charge your cell phone, please ask an office volunteer.
You are welcome to ask office volunteers to make copies of important documents for you.

Wi-Fi is available Monday-Saturday during regular business hours, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm. A staff member can program a patron’s cell phone or device to the guest Wi-Fi.
